About Andrew Parr:
Andrew Parr (1993) strives to combine artistry with practicality in all of his writing and arranging. He is the Choir Director at Rogers Middle School in Rogers, MN, where he leads an elective choral program of nearly 300 students. He also serves as Director of Worship and Music for Gustavus Adolphus Lutheran Church in St. Paul, MN.
A New Jersey native, Andrew earned a bachelor's degree in music education from St. Olaf College, where he studied conducting and voice with Dr. Anton Armstrong and sang in The St. Olaf Choir. He earned a master’s degree in education from The College of St. Scholastica.
Andrew’s music is published by Hal Leonard, Shawnee Press, Alfred Music, Choristers Guild, Hinshaw Music, and Augsburg Fortress. He is grateful to have his music performed across the country.
